All our orders are treated within 2 / 3 days.
When placing an order with us, make sure to fill out all shipping info carefully and always verify before checking out.
Any shipping fee will be added to your order before check out.
Always check with your country laws about custom and duties as 4evertees can't be reliable for any of those if applied.
Return & Exchange Policy
At 4evertees we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality.That's why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out.
However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement within 30 days after product was delivered.
A proof of quality issue like a photo need to be provided to get full refund or replacement.
Wrong size orders, incorrect address for delivery are not covered by our store
If a correct address is provided and somehow is lost in transit a refund or replacement will be issued after the shipping courier confirmed it was.
If a package status is marked as delivered by shipping courier and somehow stolen or not found by our customer, 4evertees is not accountable and won't be issuing any refund or replacement, and we invite you to deal with the shipping company.
